Return Procedure

Email us a return request

Submit the request to . In the message, please state your full name, contact number, email address, invoice number, product model number as well as the reason for the return. Attach a photo if needed. (Note: Your return request must fulfill all conditions listed in our “Return Policy". See above for details.)

Receive the“Product Return Reference #”

As soon as the return request is accepted, our representative will give you a “Product Return Reference #” in the reply.

Return your product to German Pool

You may choose:

• To return your product in person
  If you return it in person, you must present your purchase invoice as well as the “Product Return Reference #”. Our Repairs & Customer Service Center address is 10/F, Kowloon Godown, 1-3 Kai Hing Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon
• By courier service.
  If you return it via courier, please clearly write down the “Product Return Reference #” on the delivery slip.
  Our address is Room 106, Phase II, Newport Centre, 116 Ma Tau Kok Road, Tokwawan, Kowloon (Attn: German Pool E-Store).
  
  

Notes:
Returned product must include all of its original packaging materials (including carton box, packing foam, supporting cardboard, plastic bag, etc.).
We shall arrange a replacement only after we receive the returned product.
German Pool reserves the final right to either replace or refund a returned product.
