Terms & Conditions

1. Only ready-assembled furniture is available on this website. Should you be interested in ordering customized furniture, feel free to contact us by phone or Whatsapp at +852 9387 2380.
2. All images are for reference only. Actual product colours may vary.
3. All dimensions are in millimetres (mm).
4. One-time delivery service is free of charge.
5. Assembly service and on-site installation charges are included.
6. Delivery and on-site installation service should be arranged on the same day.
7. Trash removal service, if needed, will be charged separately (minimum HK$800).
8. Delivery time is approximately 15 working days.
9. All goods would be delivered to the living area of the delivery address.
10. Before placing an order, the customer should ensure the goods would fit in the delivery address and comply with all restrictions in the building. We shall not be liable for installation failure due to restraint of any kind at the delivery address.
11. For any building with main entrance not accessible by our delivery truck (5.5 ton or above), an additional fee will be charged on hand track delivery: First 70 m waived. After that, (flat) HK$400 per 70 m or (slope) HK$900 per 70 m. Charges for special circumstances are to be quot-ed separately.
12. For any building without a lift or only accessible by stairs, an additional delivery fee of HK$150/floor per item will be charged. Every 8 steps are counted as one floor.
13. A surcharge of HK$400 is required for any address in Tung Chung or Ma Wan. Charges for outlying islands or remote region are to be quoted separately.
14. No refund of delivery fee will be granted if a delivery failure is the result of an unattended delivery address upon the arrival of goods. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, additional delivery fee will be charged.
15. Upon the receipt of goods, the customer should check their condition and quantity. Once a receipt document is signed, German Pool shall no longer be held liable for the goods.
16. During delivery and installation, the customer should take good care of and protect the furniture, flooring, ceiling, walls, decoration and other belongings at the delivery address. We are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss.
17. German Pool reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
18. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
